CERT Training - With the help of the Fire Department the WNC Public Safety Committee promoted Community Emergency Response Training classes during the summer of 2004.  We were delighted with the large turnout and feel pleased that we now have several dozen more citizens trained in a myriad of emergency procedures that we hope they will never have to use.  The success of this effort will likely spur a repeat program in the near future.
